Experienced Ad Operations/Ad Technology director looking for the next opportunity.

  • implementing/improving processes, and training.
  • challenged to implement innovative solutions within the ad tech industry
  • leveraging the latest trends and opportunities to drive campaign success.

The kind of organization that would get the best from me is:

  • either large corporations or at early stage startups. I’ve been fortunate enough to have worked in both and believe that I can make a meaningful contribution to any sized company or team.

What are some of your key accomplishments?

  • 18 years in Ad Operations, with 10 years hyper-focused on Ad Technology in publishing.
  • Built an ad operations team from 3 to >40 team members.
  • Oversaw the ad stack for the centralized Ad Operations team that powered ad revenue for 30+ websites, including Time.com, People.com, and SportsIllustrated.com
  • Deployed first-in-class, innovative ad solutions across emerging channels. Examples include a custom native video ad solution; a new People Entertainment OTT network; header bidding.
  • Extensive background in ad serving technologies, with significant experience integrating Google Ad Manager across both small and large publishers.
  • I built and launched a new ad marketplace for an early-stage tech startup focused on driving ad innovation on social media.

Anything else you’d like a potential employer to know?

In 2018, I took a break from the corporate world to embark on two simultaneous endeavors: launching my own ad tech consulting business and opening a coffee shop/cafe. For four years I proudly and successfully managed both ventures, showcasing my ability to navigate diverse industries. In 2022, I made the strategic decision to sell the coffee shop to focus on Ad Tech full time. I remain a passionate coffee enthusiast and proud founder of the still existing brand.
