I’m a digital marketing professional with over ten years of experience and I am looking for a new role in yield or ad operations. What are some of your key accomplishments?
• Tripling my book of business in under three years, by exceeding my client’s revenue goals even through unprecedented low points in the market. I did this by developing custom and effective optimization strategies to maximize revenue, analyzed and interpreted data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in yield performance.
• Served as a mentor to newly hired colleagues and our interns; providing training, job shadowing, conflict resolution, as well as producing yield specific training materials that were rolled out to the whole company.
• Collaborated with teams such as Sales, Analytics, and Business Insights to increase effectiveness of programmatic operations; providing reports showing how those changes streamlined processes and eliminated redundancies to boost productivity and efficiency for my team.

• Largo, FL (Tampa Bay). I would prefer a remote position, but am open to a hybrid or in office role as well.
