What are some of your key accomplishments?
• With the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders, I launched an ad incident response team, the advertising hot desk, to track and ensure the resolution of issues affecting live ad campaigns, working across platforms and teams to reduce major advertising issues to under one business day.
• Authored and executed an Ad Ops playbook across all digital IAB ad formats, building processes to improve digital advertising campaigns’ overall delivery and health to reduce the error rate to under 1%.
• Led the partnership across leadership, product, and sales to boost brand advertising quality with an ad taxonomy overhaul during the ad server migration, raising performance and viewability by over 25%.
